Premier Ltd. (formerly Premier Automobiles Limited) is a vehicle manufacturer based in Mumbai, India. The company belongs to the Walchand Group.

The company was founded in 1941 and negotiated with Chrysler Corporation for the licensed production of the Plymouth car and Dodge trucks sold under the Dodge, Plymouth, DeSoto and Fargo brands since 1949. In the early years, quality was considered good by both Chrysler and the Indian Defense Ministry.

In October 1947, Premier produced the first Indian trucks and cars.
